L\u2019\u00e9dition de novembre d&rsquo;Equation Nutrition pr\u00e9sente trois \u00a0perspectives de l&rsquo;impact environnemental de notre alimentation, ainsi qu&rsquo;une mod\u00e9lisation innovante qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 certaines questions importantes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/article-revue-equation-nutrition\/empreintes-carbone-des-recommandations-nutritionnelles-de-sept-pays\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kovacs <em>et coll.<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 comparent l&rsquo;impact carbone de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion \u00a0aux recommandations nutritionnelles de l&rsquo;Allemagne, de l&rsquo;Inde, des Pays-Bas, d&rsquo;Oman, de la Tha\u00eflande, de l&rsquo;Uruguay et des \u00c9tats-Unis. \u00a0Ils examinent comment les diff\u00e9rentes recommandations nutritionnelles de chaque pays contribuent aux \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre r\u00e9sultantes, \u00a0et le r\u00f4le des habitudes culturelles alimentaires. La comparaison des recommandations des sept pays et du r\u00e9gime de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence EAT-Lancet montre que seule l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion aux recommandations indiennes se traduit par une r\u00e9duction de l\u2019empreinte carbone.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/article-revue-equation-nutrition\/respecter-la-recommandation-britannique-des-5-par-jour-de-fl-impacts-sur-la-sante-et-lenvironnement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Colombo <em>et coll.<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>ont mod\u00e9lis\u00e9 quatre approches, dans lesquelles la consommation totale de fruits et l\u00e9gumes par personne au Royaume-Uni passe du niveau moyen actuel \u00e0 cinq portions par jour. Ces mod\u00e8les comprennent une consommation accrue de l\u00e9gumes (et de fruits) cultiv\u00e9s au Royaume-Uni ou l&rsquo;augmentation de la consommation mondiale de l\u00e9gumes (et de fruits). Les auteurs ont constat\u00e9 des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9 pour les quatre mod\u00e8les, avec une augmentation de l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rance de vie de 7 \u00e0 8 mois.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/article-revue-equation-nutrition\/des-plats-suedois-plus-durables-perspectives-pour-les-distributeurs-du-secteur-alimentaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Torstensson <em>et coll.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/a> proposent un autre point de vue sur cette question, dans une analyse vraiment int\u00e9ressante examinant les plats les plus couramment pr\u00e9par\u00e9s dans les foyers su\u00e9dois \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide des donn\u00e9es sur les ventes au d\u00e9tail.
