Dans le cadre de l&rsquo;Ann\u00e9e internationale des fruits et l\u00e9gumes (2021), <\/strong><strong>ce num\u00e9ro d\u2019Equation Nutrition pr\u00e9sente trois articles qui \u00e9tudient l&rsquo;impact des interventions \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole sur la sant\u00e9 des enfants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le premier article, r\u00e9sum\u00e9 par Cyrille Costa et bas\u00e9 sur la publication de Dabravolskaj et al., souligne que les chercheurs et les experts scientifiques n&rsquo;ont pas les m\u00eames priorit\u00e9s que les d\u00e9cideurs politiques. M\u00eame si les professionnels de sant\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation ont identifi\u00e9 sept types d\u2019interventions prioritaires \u00e0 mener en milieu scolaire, peu de donn\u00e9es probantes sont disponibles pour guider la prise de d\u00e9cision. Parmi les types d&rsquo;interventions \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, les plus courants sont ceux qui associent alimentation saine et activit\u00e9 physique. Des effets positifs significatifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9s pour ce type d\u2019interventions sur la consommation de fruits, mais pas sur la consommation de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la seconde \u00e9tude de Yoong SL et al., les strat\u00e9gies d&rsquo;intervention qui int\u00e8grent les techniques de changement de comportement (TCC) bas\u00e9es sur la \u00ab r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes \u00bb et la \u00ab planification<br \/>\nd&rsquo;actions \u00bb pourraient \u00eatre les plus utiles pour aider les \u00e9coles \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques d\u2019alimentation saine \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. Ces techniques ciblent les principaux obstacles recens\u00e9s \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de cette politique et pourraient \u00eatre instaur\u00e9es \u00e0 travers diverses strat\u00e9gies, dont la formation des gestionnaires de cantine et les processus de consensus.<\/p>\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me article de Verdonschot A et al. se penche sur les comportements de promotion de la sant\u00e9 (CPS) de l\u2019entourage familial des \u00e9coliers visant \u00e0 l\u2019adoption d\u2019habitudes alimentaires saines, et examine dans quelle mesure leurs comportements contribuent \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de deux programmes n\u00e9erlandais d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation nutritionnelle largement mis en \u0153uvre : \u00ab <em>EU-Schoolfruit<\/em> \u00bb et \u00ab <em>Taste Lessons<\/em> \u00bb. La conclusion est qu\u2019un comportement positif de la part de la famille est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes et \u00e0 des connaissances nutritionnelles plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es chez les enfants. Par ailleurs, ces programmes sont plus efficaces chez les enfants qui sont moins encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 manger sainement \u00e0 la maison par rapport \u00e0 ceux qui sont plus encourag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de ces \u00e9tudes pourront \u00eatre utiles pour renforcer les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans les \u00e9coles pour promouvoir des habitudes alimentaires saines. Ils plaident en faveur des interventions ax\u00e9es sur<br \/>\nl&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique et l\u2019alimentation et qui int\u00e8grent des techniques de changement de comportement afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques nutritionnelles. Le r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;environnement familial<br \/>\na \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9 pour promouvoir un comportement alimentaire sain chez les enfants, notamment en ce qui concerne la
