Ainsi, pour tenter d\u2019enrayer l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie mondiale d\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 a recommand\u00e9 la strat\u00e9gie visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l\u2019alimentation. Cela peut \u00eatre obtenu en augmentant la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes. Leur forte teneur en eau permet de consommer des quantit\u00e9s satisfaisantes d\u2019aliments avec peu de calories. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le fait de manger une grande quantit\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes ou de fruits en d\u00e9but du repas et d\u2019augmenter la proportion de l\u00e9gumes dans le plat principal, diminue la sensation de faim et r\u00e9duit ainsi l\u2019ingestion calorique. Plusieurs \u00e9tudes montrent que manger des fruits et l\u00e9gumes r\u00e9duit la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du repas et donc l\u2019apport calorique.<\/p>\n<p>Pouvons nous extrapoler les r\u00e9sultats de ces \u00e9tudes \u00e0 court terme, et promouvoir la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes pour favoriser la perte de poids ? Plusieurs \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes plaident en cette faveur, mais les preuves sont encore minces et les r\u00e9sultats contradictoires. La plupart des \u00e9tudes portant sur la relation entre la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes et le poids corporel n\u2019ont, ni analys\u00e9 l\u2019impact de la densit\u00e9 calorique des aliments, ni ajust\u00e9 pour les variables majeures qui peuvent modifier l\u2019apport alimentaire comme: le mode de pr\u00e9paration, le type de fruits ou l\u00e9gumes, le moment de les consommer, ou leur ajout au repas ou comme substitut \u00e0 d\u2019autres ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p>Manger plus de fruits et l\u00e9gumes peut \u00eatre un moyen efficace pour contr\u00f4ler son poids tout en am\u00e9liorant la qualit\u00e9 de son alimentation. Cependant, des \u00e9tudes suppl\u00e9mentaires sont encore n\u00e9cessaires pour mieux d\u00e9finir les strat\u00e9gies reposant sur les fruits et l\u00e9gumes pour diminuer la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, am\u00e9liorer la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 et modifier l\u2019\u00e9quilibre calorique, avant de d\u00e9velopper des messages efficaces destin\u00e9s au grand public.<\/p>\n","auteur":[{"ID":68801,"post_author":"22","post_date":"2019-07-19 15:13:27","post_date_gmt":"2019-07-19 13:13:27","post_content":"","post_title":"Barbara J.
