This paper takes advantage of food composition table, calculates the intake amount of dietary vitamin A, E and beta carotene in all kinds of food for patients with esophageal cancer, and analyzes the intake amount difference of dietary vitamin A, E and beta carotene in each kind of food for different groups of people.
