Coordonn\u00e9e par Freshfel Europe et Aprifel, et co-financ\u00e9e par la Commission europ\u00e9enne, cette campagne d\u2019information s\u2019est essentiellement d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en ligne avec des vid\u00e9o, conseil et infographie. Au total, la campagne a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 plus de 64 millions d\u2019impressions sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et ses vid\u00e9os ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vues plus de 1,6 millions de fois. Un succ\u00e8s qui invite ses partenaires \u00e0 poursuivre l\u2019action au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019une alimentation saine et durable pour tous.<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-72048 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Follow-me-to-be-heathy-cover-1140x434.jpg\" alt=\"Bani\u00e8re Follow me to be healthy with Europe jeune homme mange past\u00e8que\" width=\"1140\" height=\"434\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Alors que les 18-25 ans sont, en Europe, la tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge qui consomme le moins de fruits et l\u00e9gumes, <a href=\"https:\/\/freshfel.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Freshfel Europe<\/a> et Aprifel ont pris le parti, en 2019, de lancer \u00e0 leur intention la campagne d\u2019information <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/400gchallengeeu\/?hl=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Follow me to be healthy with Europe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les enjeux de cette campagne \u00e9taient :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u2019informer de mani\u00e8re ludique les Millennials sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sant\u00e9 des fruits et l\u00e9gumes ;<\/li>\n<li>de les mettre au d\u00e9fi d\u2019augmenter leur niveau de consommation quotidienne pour atteindre au moins 400g, le niveau recommand\u00e9 par l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/fr\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/healthy-diet\">Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab Les obstacles comme le manque d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat en nutrition et sant\u00e9, le peu de connaissances en nutrition et la peur qu\u2019une alimentation saine co\u00fbte trop cher signifient souvent que les jeunes n\u2019int\u00e8grent pas assez de fruits et l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 leur alimentation. Nous sommes donc tr\u00e8s fiers du travail sur cette campagne de sensibilisation qui a montr\u00e9 que des moyens simples peuvent mener \u00e0 un mode de vie plus sain, et nous sommes reconnaissants de tout le soutien que nous avons re\u00e7u ces trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es pour aboutir \u00e0 notre objectif. \u00bb<br \/>\n<strong>Philippe Binard, D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Freshfel Europe<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>Follow me to be healthy, une campagne couronn\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e9tant hyperconnect\u00e9e et partageant beaucoup de contenu en ligne, cette campagne a essentiellement \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sous le hashtag <strong>#400gChallenge<\/strong>. Cette sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 a permis \u00e0 Follow me healthy with Europe de se d\u00e9rouler malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19.<br \/>\nAu total, la campagne a produit <strong>une cinquantaine de vid\u00e9os, infographies et conseils<\/strong> et nou\u00e9 des <strong>collaborations avec plus de 20 influenceurs<\/strong> de six pays europ\u00e9ens. Depuis son lancement, la campagne a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 plus de <strong>64 millions d\u2019impressions sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong> et <strong>ses vid\u00e9os ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vues plus de 1,6 millions de fois<\/strong>. Avant les restrictions li\u00e9 au COVID-19, ses \u00e9v\u00e8nements ont \u00e9galement accueilli <strong>2 500 personnes<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab C\u2019est super de pouvoir annoncer le succ\u00e8s de la campagne durant l\u2019Ann\u00e9e Internationale des Fruits et L\u00e9gumes. A la suite de \u00e7a, on esp\u00e8re continuer \u00e0 informer et inspirer les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 faire des choix d\u2019alimentation sains alors qu\u2019ils entrent dans la vie adulte.
