Des apports plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s en monosaccharides et en fruits sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction du risque, alors que des corr\u00e9lations positives sont mises en \u00e9vidence pour les disaccharides et les sucreries.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nita Forouhi<\/strong> et coll. rapportent les associations entre les concentrations plasmatiques de vitamine C et six carot\u00e9no\u00efdes et l&rsquo;incidence du diab\u00e8te de type 2, dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de cohorte <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_80438 classtoolTips80438'>EPIC<\/span>-InterAct, men\u00e9e dans huit pays europ\u00e9ens. Des concentrations plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es de vitamine C et de carot\u00e9no\u00efdes, associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une consommation plus importante de fruits et l\u00e9gumes, sont corr\u00e9l\u00e9es \u00e0 un risque plus faible de diab\u00e8te de type 2 et. L&rsquo;apport de fruits et l\u00e9gumes en tant que tels, et non de vitamines, serait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la pr\u00e9vention du diab\u00e8te de type 2.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude transversale de Xu Jia et coll. r\u00e9sum\u00e9e par Jean-Michel Lecerf<\/strong>, examine si l&rsquo;impact du score de risque g\u00e9n\u00e9tique du diab\u00e8te de type 2 est modifi\u00e9 par la consommation de fruits dans la population chinoise.
