Afin d\u2019appuyer l\u2019action des praticiens dans ce domaine, Aprifel d\u00e9veloppe des outils notamment dans le cadre du programme europ\u00e9en \u201cFruits &amp; l\u00e9gumes pour la sant\u00e9\u201d. Compl\u00e9mentaire de ces outils, un itin\u00e9raire de formation \u00e0 la nutrition est propos\u00e9 depuis fin 2019 par le Quotidien du m\u00e9decin en partenariat avec Aprifel. En France, les professions m\u00e9dicales, notamment les m\u00e9decins (91%), sont parmi celles disposant de la plus forte c\u00f4te de confiance aupr\u00e8s de la population<sup>2<\/sup>. Deux \u00e9tudes, l\u2019une europ\u00e9enne et l\u2019autre fran\u00e7aise, ont montr\u00e9 que plus de 2\/3 des patients souhaiteraient recevoir le soutien de leur g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste pour am\u00e9liorer leur comportement alimentaire<sup>3,4<\/sup>. Pourtant par manque de temps, de formation ou de comp\u00e9tences pratiques notamment, de nombreux m\u00e9decins consid\u00e8rent le conseil nutritionnel comme un domaine difficile \u00e0 aborder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Des outils pour appuyer l\u2019action des m\u00e9decins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin d\u2019appuyer leur action dans ce domaine, Aprifel d\u00e9veloppe des outils \u00e0 destination des professionnels de sant\u00e9 et de leurs patients, notamment dans le cadre du programme d\u2019information \u201cFruits &amp; l\u00e9gumes pour la sant\u00e9\u201d, co-financ\u00e9 par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. Suite \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence EGEA 2018 \u00ab Nutrition et sant\u00e9 : de la science \u00e0 la pratique \u00bb<sup>5<\/sup>, des fiches &#8211; r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en collaboration avec des associations de m\u00e9decins &#8211; fournissent une synth\u00e8se des connaissances actuelles sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices d\u2019une alimentation saine, riche en fruits et l\u00e9gumes, ainsi que des conseils pratiques afin d\u2019engager le dialogue avec leurs patients. Cette sous-consommation est en effet un facteur de risque majeur pour la sant\u00e9, notamment vis-\u00e0-vis des maladies chroniques : ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, maladies cardiovasculaires, diab\u00e8te de type 2 et plusieurs cancers.
