Cette maladie chronique fait partie des premiers facteurs de risque de maladies cardio-vasculaires et d\u2019accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux. A l\u2019occasion de la journ\u00e9e mondiale contre l\u2019hypertension, ce 17 mai, Aprifel rediffuse un extrait de sa publication sur la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes et maladies cardiovasculaires. R\u00e9alis\u00e9e en partenariat avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de Cardiologie, cette publication propose une synth\u00e8se des donn\u00e9es scientifiques disponibles sur ce sujet.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2><em>Consommation de F&amp;L et pression art\u00e9rielle<\/em>(Extrait publication Aprifel)<\/h2>\n<p><em>Une m\u00e9ta-analyse de 2016 montr\u00e9 que les faibles consommateurs de F&amp;L auraient une augmentation de 19% du risque d\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle (HTA) par rapport aux forts consommateurs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Si les \u00e9tudes d\u2019intervention permettent de diminuer la pression art\u00e9rielle par l\u2019augmentation de la consommation de F&amp;L \u00e0 court-terme, les donn\u00e9es sur les effets \u00e0 long-terme sont plus r\u00e9centes. Ainsi, certaines \u00e9tudes sur les di\u00e8tes v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes ou m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes ont mis en \u00e9vidence un effet hypotenseur d\u2019un r\u00e9gime riche en F&amp;L, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et l\u00e9gumineuses. Des \u00e9tudes d\u2019intervention mettent par ailleurs en \u00e9vidence un effet dose-d\u00e9pendant.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Deux m\u00e9ta-analyses r\u00e9centes confirment ces donn\u00e9es, mettant en \u00e9vidence un effet \u00e0 long-terme de la consommation de F&amp;L sur la r\u00e9duction du risque relatif de l\u2019HTA.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les effets seraient dus notamment aux :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Apports en flavono\u00efdes dont certains F&amp;L sont riches. Ces mol\u00e9cules (anthocyanes, flavones, favan-3-ol) auraient des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s vaso-dilatatrices<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Apports \u00e9lev\u00e9s en sels min\u00e9raux comme le potassium, magn\u00e9sium ou calcium : l\u2019\u00e9tude DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) met notamment en avant qu\u2019un r\u00e9gime riche en F&amp;L contribue \u00e0 diminuer la pression art\u00e9rielle de patients \u00e0 hypertension systolique isol\u00e9e, \u00e0 travers une alimentation plus riche en potassium et pauvre en sodium.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>(<\/em>R<em>\u00e9f\u00e9rences bibliographiques incluses dans la publication Aprifel)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le Professeur Claire Mounier, cardiologue et pr\u00e9sidente de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de Cardiologie, et aussi membre de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Fran\u00e7aise d\u2019Hypertension Art\u00e9rielle, a d\u2019ailleurs donn\u00e9 une interview en l\u2019occasion de cette journ\u00e9e\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Modifier ses habitudes alimentaires et assainir son hygi\u00e8ne de vie\u00a0peut permettre de se passer de m\u00e9dicaments\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0en privil\u00e9giant les fruits et l\u00e9gumes \u00ab\u00a0<em>riches en fibres et en vitamine K, qui ont des vertus antioxydantes et r\u00e9duisent les effets d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res du sel<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"L\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle touche aujourd\u2019hui 1 milliard de personnes dans le monde et 1 fran\u00e7ais sur 3 selon les derniers chiffres de Sant\u00e9 publique France.
