Aprifel rappelle le r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 d\u2019une alimentation saine &#8211; riche en fruits et l\u00e9gumes et en aliments d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale &#8211; pour la sant\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9vention de nombreuses maladies chroniques.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Que ton alimentation soit ta premi\u00e8re m\u00e9decine\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0<em>Une pomme par jour \u00e9loigne le m\u00e9decin<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0<em>On creuse sa tombe avec ses dents<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb \u2026 les expressions faisant le lien entre ce que nous mangeons et notre sant\u00e9 sont nombreuses et t\u00e9moignent du fait que ce lien est connu de longue date.<br \/>\nMalgr\u00e9 cela l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 touche d\u00e9sormais 1 adulte sur 8\u00a0 dans le monde (672 millions de personnes) ; les maladies chroniques &#8211; maladies cardio-vasculaires, diab\u00e8te, maladies respiratoires chroniques et cancers &#8211; sont devenues la premi\u00e8re cause de d\u00e9c\u00e8s mondiale et une alimentation de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle (aliments de densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e et de densit\u00e9 nutritionnelle faible) est, depuis 2014, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 par l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 comme un des principaux facteurs de risque pour notre sant\u00e9, au m\u00eame titre que la consommation de tabac ou l\u2019alcool.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Augmenter les consommations de fruits et l\u00e9gumes, un enjeu collectif<\/strong><br \/>\nUn mode de vie sain, associant activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et alimentation riche en fruits et l\u00e9gumes est un d\u00e9terminant majeur pour la sant\u00e9. Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, une consommation d\u2019au moins 400g de fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour permet joue un r\u00f4le protecteur vis-\u00e0-vis des maladies cardio-vasculaires, de certains cancers, du diab\u00e8te de type 2 et de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9. Plus encore, une sous-consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes est un facteur de risque av\u00e9r\u00e9. Pourtant, en d\u00e9pit de l\u2019attention accrue des politiques internationales \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la nutrition et de la sant\u00e9, une grande partie de la population mondiale ne respecte pas les recommandations en mati\u00e8re de consommation de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes. Afin de faire en sorte que le choix alimentaire sain soit le choix par d\u00e9faut, l\u2019implication et la coordination de toutes les parties prenantes est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les professionnels de sant\u00e9, des acteurs cl\u00e9s<\/strong><br \/>\nLe r\u00f4le que peuvent jouer les professionnels de sant\u00e9 en faveur d\u2019une meilleure pr\u00e9vention est actuellement au c\u0153ur de toutes les attentions. Le Plan national de sant\u00e9 publique, lanc\u00e9 en mars 2018 par le gouvernement, r\u00e9affirme la place cruciale que doit occuper la pr\u00e9vention. Un service sanitaire a vu le jour \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e universitaire 2018\/2019 et confiera, chaque ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 quelques 50.000 \u00e9tudiants en sant\u00e9 des missions de pr\u00e9vention. Dans son apport d&rsquo;octobre 2018 sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, la Cour des Comptes, invite au renforcement du r\u00f4le des m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes pour la pr\u00e9vention des facteurs de risque cardio-vasculaire que sont l\u2019alcool et l\u2019alimentation.
