La <strong>mogette de Vend\u00e9e<\/strong>, le <strong>lingot du Nord<\/strong> et le <strong>haricot tarbais<\/strong> jouissent quant \u00e0 eux d\u2019une indication g\u00e9ographique prot\u00e9g\u00e9e (<a href=\"https:\/\/dumas.ccsd.cnrs.fr\/dumas-00741818\/document\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mac\u00e9, 2012<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">CARACT\u00c9RISTIQUES PHYSIQUES ET ORGANOLEPTIQUES<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Le haricot coco est de <strong>couleur ivoire \u00e0 la forme ovale, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement aplatie<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/documents\/card\/fr\/c\/0cf730b3-b1b9-4590-978d-168d9ac1f3a1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAO, 2016a<\/a>), dont <strong>seules les graines sont comestibles<\/strong>. Les graines se r\u00e9coltent lorsque les gousses sont m\u00fbres et demi-s\u00e8ches (<a href=\"https:\/\/dumas.ccsd.cnrs.fr\/dumas-00741818\/document\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mac\u00e9, 2012<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Le haricot coco est une <strong>l\u00e9gumineuse<\/strong> qui se dig\u00e8re lentement, apportant une <strong>sensation de sati\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>. Sa<strong> forte teneur en fibres<\/strong> peut entra\u00eener des flatulences et des ballonnements.
