En effet, la <strong>chair est juteuse et douce<\/strong>. Les fruits sont utilis\u00e9s principalement pour la consommation fra\u00eeche et parfois pour la production d\u2019eau-de-vie (<a href=\"http:\/\/globalsciencebooks.info\/Online\/GSBOnline\/images\/2011\/FVCSB_5(SI1)\/FVCSB_5(SI1)139-156o.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Neum\u00fcller, 2011<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Un certain nombre de fruits, y compris les prunes, d\u00e9veloppent une couche prononc\u00e9e de<strong> cire \u00e9picuticulaire<\/strong> responsable de leur aspect visuel attrayant. Cependant, les fruits des premi\u00e8res r\u00e9coltes sont moins accept\u00e9s par les consommateurs que les fruits des derni\u00e8res r\u00e9coltes du fait de leur faible teneur totale en sucres (<a href=\"https:\/\/agris.fao.org\/agris-search\/search.do?recordID=US201301813778\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guerra, 2010<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Les <strong>conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques<\/strong> du dernier mois de formation des prunes d\u00e9termineraient leur <strong>concentration en sucres<\/strong> et en <strong>acides organiques<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/journals.uran.ua\/eejet\/article\/view\/46579\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u0421\u0435\u0440\u0434\u044e\u043a, 2015<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">CARACT\u00c9RISTIQUES DE COMPOSITION (hors macronutriments, vitamines et min\u00e9raux)<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Les \u00e9tudes portant sur les effets des prunes sur la sant\u00e9 ont augment\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, du fait de leur <strong>forte teneur en ph\u00e9nols.<\/strong> Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les prunes poss\u00e8deraient des <strong>propri\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/strong> <strong>antioxydantes <\/strong>et<strong> antiallergiques<\/strong>, et que la consommation serait associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration des fonctions cognitives, des param\u00e8tres de sant\u00e9 osseuse et des<strong> facteurs de risques cardiovasculaires<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/26992121\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Igwe, 2016<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9tude de 8 cultivars de prune, la reine-claude de type \u00ab verte \u00bb a montr\u00e9 la teneur en <strong>ph\u00e9nols<\/strong> (210 mg\/100 g de poids corporel) ainsi que l\u2019<strong>activit\u00e9 antioxydante<\/strong> totale (476 \u03bcmole\/g)<strong> la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong>. Ces r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent que ce type de fruits <strong>riches en antioxydants ph\u00e9noliques<\/strong> est un aliment prometteur \u00e0 utiliser contre diverses <strong>maladies li\u00e9es au stress oxydatif<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianjournals.com\/ijor.aspx?target=ijor:ctbp&amp;volume=6&amp;issue=4&amp;article=005\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Imtiyaz, 2012<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Les fruits de 10 g\u00e9notypes de prune reine-claude, dont Damiri, Gareh Zar, MP102, MP115, MP125, Gojeh Soltan, MP110, Sari Zar Zehtab et MP118 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s.
