La production d\u2019agrumes de Turquie est une des plus importantes du Bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23079821\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Polat, 2012<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">CARACT\u00c9RISTIQUES PHYSIQUES ET ORGANOLEPTIQUES<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><strong>Les carot\u00e9no\u00efdes<\/strong>, dont la violaxanthine, la \u03b2-cryptoxanthine, le \u03b2-carot\u00e8ne, la lut\u00e9ine, la z\u00e9axanthine et l\u2019\u03b1-carot\u00e8ne, seraient les <strong>principaux pigments de l\u2019orange<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/agris.fao.org\/agris-search\/search.do?recordID=US201900315398\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gao, 2019<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Le butanoate d&rsquo;\u00e9thyle, le 2-m\u00e9thylbutanoate d&rsquo;\u00e9thyle, l&rsquo;octanal, le d\u00e9canal et l&rsquo;ac\u00e9tald\u00e9hyde seraient des compos\u00e9s essentiels \u00e0 l\u2019ar\u00f4me de l\u2019orange (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/29237265\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Feng, 2018<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019acidit\u00e9 de l\u2019orange augmente pendant la deuxi\u00e8me phase de d\u00e9veloppement, appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0agrandissement des fruits\u00a0\u00bb, puis diminue au cours de la troisi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape, appel\u00e9e \u00ab maturation des fruits \u00bb.
