Le cultivar Emma K avait, selon le panel, un go\u00fbt de br\u00fbl\u00e9, de fruit noir, de terre, de moisi, rance, \u00e2cre et amer (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23627833\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Miller, 2013<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Le <strong>profil sensoriel<\/strong> de la noix va \u00eatre influenc\u00e9 par son stade de maturit\u00e9 (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/29085121\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amin, 2017<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">CARACT\u00c9RISTIQUES DE COMPOSITION (hors macronutriments, vitamines et min\u00e9raux)<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Riche en <strong>acides gras mono et polyinsatur\u00e9s<\/strong>, en <strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>, en <strong>fibres<\/strong>, en <strong>vitamines E et K<\/strong>, <strong>min\u00e9raux<\/strong> (magn\u00e9sium, potassium, s\u00e9l\u00e9nium), <strong>carot\u00e9no\u00efdes<\/strong> et <strong>phytost\u00e9rols<\/strong>, la noix pr\u00e9sente des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s <strong>antioxydantes<\/strong>.
