Les <strong>nutriments <\/strong>et <strong>m\u00e9canismes <\/strong>en jeu <strong>restent encore \u00e0 \u00e9tablir<\/strong> avec pr\u00e9cision, cependant, les donn\u00e9es disponibles sugg\u00e8rent le <strong>r\u00f4le positif <\/strong>de <strong>plusieurs familles de nutriments apport\u00e9s majoritairement par les fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>. Il implique de \"<strong>se sentir bien<\/strong>\" et de \"<strong>bien fonctionner<\/strong>\" et renvoie aux notions d'optimisme, de bonheur, d\u2019estime de soi, de r\u00e9silience, d\u2019autonomie et de bonnes relations avec autrui. La <strong>promotion <\/strong>de la <strong>sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong> fait notamment partie des <strong>objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nations Unies<\/a>).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Un n<strong>ombre croissant <\/strong>de <strong>travaux <\/strong>s\u2019int\u00e9ressent aux <strong>associations <\/strong>entre les <strong>comportements alimentaires<\/strong>, de <strong>mouvement <\/strong>et la <strong>sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong>. Cette \u00e9dition d\u2019\u00c9quation Nutrition pr\u00e9sente trois articles explorant ces liens.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Le premier \u00e9value la mani\u00e8re dont <strong>diff\u00e9rents comportements de sant<\/strong>\u00e9 ou <strong>modes de vie affectent <\/strong>la <strong>sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong> et les <strong>[tooltips keyword=\"principaux marqueurs du vieillissement\" content = \"Longueur des t\u00e9lom\u00e8res et contenu de l'ADN mitochondrial\"]<\/strong>. Ce travail montre une <strong>association positive <\/strong>entre un <strong>mode de vie sain<\/strong>, le <strong>vieillissement biologique<\/strong>, ainsi que <strong>diff\u00e9rentes dimensions<\/strong> de la <strong>sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong> et du <strong>bien-\u00eatre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me article rassemble les donn\u00e9es de la litt\u00e9rature sur les <strong>liens<\/strong> entre la <strong>composition<\/strong> du <strong>microbiote intestinal <\/strong>et les <strong>troubles mentaux<\/strong>. Selon cette analyse, l\u2019<strong>abondance<\/strong> de<strong> certains micro-organismes<\/strong> dans le microbiote \u2013 en particulier les <em>Firmicutes<\/em> et <em>Bacteroidetes <\/em>\u2013 est <strong>associ\u00e9e <\/strong>\u00e0 <strong>plusieurs troubles mentaux<\/strong> tels que l'<strong>anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>, la <strong>d\u00e9pression <\/strong>et la <strong>schizophr\u00e9nie<\/strong>. Cette revue explore \u00e9galement les <strong>effets <\/strong>de <strong>certains [tooltips keyword=\"compos\u00e9s alimentaires\" content = \"Probiotiques, pr\u00e9biotiques, produits laitiers, fruits et l\u00e9gumes\"]<\/strong> sur la <strong>modulation <\/strong>du <strong>microbiome intestinal<\/strong> et, par cons\u00e9quent, la <strong>sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me article \u00e9value l'<strong>effet de la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> sur la <strong>structure <\/strong>du <strong>cerveau<\/strong>, en particulier sur les <strong>volumes de substances grise et blanche<\/strong>. D'apr\u00e8s ce travail, la <strong>consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> est susceptible de <strong>moduler <\/strong>d<strong>e mani\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique<\/strong> les <strong>volumes c\u00e9r\u00e9braux<\/strong>. En particulier, une <strong>consommation \u00e9lev\u00e9e de fruits frais<\/strong> est <strong>associ\u00e9e <\/strong>\u00e0 des <strong>volumes plus importants<\/strong> de <strong>substance grise<\/strong> dans des zones telles que l'<strong>hippocampe<\/strong> et le <strong>cortex temporo-pari\u00e9tal<\/strong>.
