Tout progr\u00e8s sur l\u2019un des volets de ces recommandations est positif, toutefois, des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sant\u00e9 plus importants sont observ\u00e9s lorsque les quatre recommandations des directives canadiennes sont respect\u00e9es. Ainsi, le manque d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019une alimentation de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle figurent parmi les <strong>quatre principaux facteurs de risque de maladies non transmissibles<\/strong>, elles-m\u00eames responsables de 74 % des d\u00e9c\u00e8s dans le monde (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/noncommunicable-diseases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OMS, 2022<\/a>). Alors que certaines \u00e9tudes sugg\u00e8rent que l'<strong>activit\u00e9 physique <\/strong>pourrait \u00eatre fortement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des <strong>habitudes alimentaires plus saines<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/medpr.imp.lodz.pl\/Association-between-Mediterranean-diet-and-high-physical-activity-among-working-population,95029,0,2.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pavicic \u017de\u017delj, 2019<\/a>), des recherches \u00e9mergent \u00e9galement sur l'association entre la <strong>s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9<\/strong> et l'<strong>alimentation<\/strong> ainsi qu'entre l'<strong>alimentation<\/strong> et le <strong>sommeil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Ce num\u00e9ro d\u2019Equation Nutrition pr\u00e9sente 3 \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes visant \u00e0 \u00e9valuer ces liens.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/article-revue-equation-nutrition\/etats-unis-accroitre-la-consommation-de-fruits-et-legumes-pour-ameliorer-la-qualite-du-sommeil\/\">premier article<\/a> met en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le de l'alimentation, et en particulier des <strong>fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>, sur la <strong>qualit\u00e9 du sommeil<\/strong>. Les liens les plus significatifs sont observ\u00e9s chez les femmes. Les chercheurs ont, en effet, constat\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration des <strong>sympt\u00f4mes d\u2019insomnie <\/strong>et des <strong>troubles du sommeil<\/strong>, de la <strong>qualit\u00e9 du sommeil<\/strong> et du <strong>temps d'endormissement<\/strong> chez les femmes ayant <strong>augment\u00e9 leur consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> de 3 portions ou plus par rapport \u00e0 celles qui n'avaient pas chang\u00e9 ou diminu\u00e9 leur consommation.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/article-revue-equation-nutrition\/covid-19-la-pratique-dune-activite-physique-pendant-la-pandemie-associee-a-une-alimentation-plus-sain\/\">deuxi\u00e8me article<\/a> analyse l'<strong>association entre l'activit\u00e9 physique<\/strong> et les <strong>habitudes alimentaires<\/strong>. Cette \u00e9tude, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e durant la pand\u00e9mie du COVID-19, chez les adultes br\u00e9siliens montre que les <strong>p\u00e9riodes de confinement<\/strong> ont conduit \u00e0 des <strong>changements importants dans les comportements <\/strong>chez la majorit\u00e9 des jeunes adultes, . Selon ce travail in\u00e9dit du fait de son contexte de r\u00e9alisation, l'activit\u00e9 physique est <strong>positivement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des habitudes alimentaires plus saines<\/strong> (y compris la consommation de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes) et <strong>inversement li\u00e9e<\/strong> \u00e0 une <strong>consommation moindre de sucres et d'aliments gras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Enfin, le <a href=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/article-revue-equation-nutrition\/sedentarite-le-temps-decran-facteur-determinant-des-comportements-alimentaires-et-de-sante\/\">dernier article<\/a> \u00e9value l\u2019<strong>association entre les comportements s\u00e9dentaires<\/strong> et ceux <strong>favorables \u00e0 la sant\u00e9<\/strong>. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les donn\u00e9es existantes, il s'agit de la <strong>premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude <\/strong>\u00e0 analyser le lien entre l'<strong>utilisation prolong\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9crans <\/strong>- en plus de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision - et les <strong>habitudes alimentaires et comportements li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9<\/strong> chez les adultes am\u00e9ricains. Ce travail montre que des <strong>choix alimentaires moins sains<\/strong> et des <strong>comportements n\u00e9fastes pour la sant\u00e9 sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un temps d\u2019utilisation des \u00e9crans prolong\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Bien que les diff\u00e9rentes composantes de notre mode de vie soient <strong>\u00e9troitement li\u00e9es<\/strong>, les \u00e9tudes \u00e9valuent actuellement leur relation avec la sant\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re <strong>ind\u00e9pendante<\/strong>.
