Selon cette \u00e9tude,<strong> le score de bien-\u00eatre mental est 3,73 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 chez les enfants qui consomment au moins 5 portions quotidiennes de fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> que ceux qui n\u2019en consomment aucune. En comparant ceux consommant un petit d\u00e9jeuner de type conventionnel (par exemple du pain grill\u00e9, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, yaourt, fruits, etc.) et ceux ne prenant pas de petit d\u00e9jeuner ou qui consomment uniquement une collation, une barre de petit d\u00e9jeuner ou une boisson (\u00e9nergisante\/non \u00e9nergisante), les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que<strong> le type de petit d\u00e9jeuner et de d\u00e9jeuner serait \u00e9galement associ\u00e9 avec le bien-\u00eatre mental<\/strong> avec un score plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour ceux qui prennent un petit d\u00e9jeuner type conventionnel. De m\u00eame, la consommation du d\u00e9jeuner \u00e9tait significativement associ\u00e9e au bien-\u00eatre. Des chercheurs anglais ont publi\u00e9 une revue cherchant \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l\u2019impact potentiel de ces \u00e9volutions de mode de vie sur la satisfaction et le bien \u00eatre des individus. Les donn\u00e9es de l\u2019enqu\u00eate Understanding Society Database for the UK incluant 40 000 m\u00e9nages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es au regard de la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes et du niveau d\u2019activit\u00e9 des personnes suivies. Globalement, <strong>les enfants europ\u00e9ens, en particulier ceux d\u2019Europe du Sud, ont une faible consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>. Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 une association positive entre la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes chez les p\u00e8res et celle de leurs enfants. En effet, <strong>les enfants dont les p\u00e8res consomment quotidiennement des fruits et l\u00e9gumes ont plus tendance \u00e0 en consommer<\/strong> une \u00e0 deux fois par jour. La mise en \u0153uvre de futures strat\u00e9gies promouvant la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes non seulement chez les m\u00e8res, mais aussi chez les p\u00e8res, pourrait \u00eatre une initiative de sant\u00e9 publique efficace pour augmenter leur consommation par les enfants.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/34523158\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Papamichael MM, et al. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que ce type de politiques am\u00e9liore les habitudes alimentaires et diminue la mortalit\u00e9. <strong>L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 est plus importante en combinant les taxes et les subventions.<\/strong> Selon ces travaux, la combinaison d'une taxe de 34,4 % sur les produits riches en graisses satur\u00e9es et d'une TVA de -10,4 % (c'est-\u00e0-dire une subvention) sur les fruits et l\u00e9gumes permettrait d'\u00e9viter ou de reporter pr\u00e8s de 2 100 d\u00e9c\u00e8s annuels.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0277953621007206?via%3Dihub\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Saha S et al. Afin de mieux cerner l\u2019influence de ces nouveaux m\u00e9dias sur les comportements alimentaires des adolescents, 17 experts internationaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interview\u00e9s. Ils s\u2019accordent sur le fait que les <strong>connaissances \u00e0 ce sujet sont encore parcellaires<\/strong> et invitent \u00e0 mener des recherches en la mati\u00e8re. Enfin, les experts soulignent le <strong>manque de r\u00e9glementation<\/strong> pour prot\u00e9ger les adolescents.
