Le premier bon d\u2019achat mensuel \u00e9tait de 6\u00a0$ pour les enfants et de 10\u00a0$ pour les femmes en situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9\u00a0; il a \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9 par la suite pour atteindre 9\u00a0$ pour les enfants et 11\u00a0$ pour les femmes (<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/FR-2014-03-04\/pdf\/2014-04105.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>USDA, 2014<\/em><\/a><em>; <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/fns-prod.azureedge.net\/sites\/default\/files\/wic\/WPM-2015-4-Increase-in-the-CVV-for-Preg-Postpartum-and-Breastfeeding-Women-w-att.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>USDA, 2015<\/em><\/a><em>). Bien que le bon d\u2019achat <\/em><em>constitue une \u00e9volution importante dans les avantages alimentaires apport\u00e9s par le programme WIC, peu d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes ont syst\u00e9matiquement examin\u00e9 les facteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;apport en fruits et l\u00e9gumes apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9vision du panier alimentaire WIC de 2009 (<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nap.edu\/read\/23655\/chapter\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, 2017<\/em><\/a><em>)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette revue syst\u00e9matique examine les <strong>facteurs associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat ou \u00e0 la consommation de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> des participants au programme WIC apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9vision du WIC de 2009. La revue couvrait <strong>39\u00a0\u00e9tudes<\/strong> ayant permis l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de sept th\u00e8mes principaux : la r\u00e9vision du programme WIC de 2009, la participation au programme, les facteurs individuels (caract\u00e9ristiques des participants WIC), les march\u00e9s des producteurs agricoles, les facteurs au niveau commercial et clinique, l&rsquo;intervention du programme et les prix des fruits et l\u00e9gumes (voir ci-dessous l&rsquo;encadr\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0M\u00e9thodologie\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<h2>La consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes est positivement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision du panier alimentaire WIC<\/h2>\n<p>La revue a montr\u00e9 que <strong>la r\u00e9vision du panier alimentaire<\/strong> de 2009 est <strong>positivement li\u00e9e<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat ou \u00e0 la consommation de<strong> fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> parmi les participants au programme WIC dans les \u00e9tudes aux niveau national ou des \u00c9tats (Figure 1). Par exemple, une \u00e9tude a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 que la <strong>proportion de femmes<\/strong> participant au programme WIC et <strong>consommant plus de l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> a <strong>augment\u00e9 de 7,2 % apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9vision<\/strong> de 2009 (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/22406013\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whaley, 2012<\/a>). Dans les \u00e9tudes locales, les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient mitig\u00e9s sans lien positif constant entre la r\u00e9vision du programme WIC de 2009 et l&rsquo;achat et\/ou la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<h2>Diff\u00e9rents facteurs sp\u00e9cifiques sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat ou \u00e0 la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes des participants au programme WIC<\/h2>\n<p>Des <strong>facteurs individuels<\/strong>, comme l&rsquo;ethnie, le statut d&rsquo;immigration et le lieu de naissance, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat ou \u00e0 la consommation de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>. Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 un <strong>lien positif<\/strong> entre les <strong>ventes du producteur<\/strong> au consommateur et l&rsquo;achat ou la <strong>consommation de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>. Enfin, des donn\u00e9es limit\u00e9es ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la politique de stockage minimal des magasins et l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la visibilit\u00e9 des fruits et l\u00e9gumes, l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation nutritionnelle et les incitations \u00e9conomiques peuvent am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;utilisation des bons d\u2019achat ou la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes (Figure\u00a01).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"4108\" height=\"1480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77308\" src=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Rub-4.-Figure1-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"block-bordered-full border-primary\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Messages cl\u00e9s :<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans cette revue syst\u00e9matique, des \u00e9tudes au niveau national et des \u00c9tats ont montr\u00e9 un <strong>lien positif<\/strong> constant entre la r\u00e9vision de 2009 et l&rsquo;achat et\/ou la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n<li>Des <strong>variations substantielles<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9es parmi les \u00e9tudes <strong>en termes de param\u00e8tres et de conception de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude<\/strong>, de collecte et d&rsquo;analyse des donn\u00e9es mais aussi de mesure des r\u00e9sultats concernant les fruits et l\u00e9gumes, ce qui rend difficile la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des r\u00e9sultats.<\/li>\n<li>Du fait de la conception non exp\u00e9rimentale des \u00e9tudes, peu d&rsquo;interf\u00e9rences causales peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9duites concernant les avantages et l&rsquo;\u00e9volution dans l&rsquo;achat ou la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n<li>Une <strong>\u00e9tude plus pouss\u00e9e<\/strong> au niveau des \u00c9tats <strong>est requise<\/strong> pour d\u00e9terminer l&rsquo;impact sp\u00e9cifique des bons sur l&rsquo;achat et la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes parmi les participants au programme WIC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-bordered border-primary\">\n<h2>M\u00e9thodologie :<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans cette revue syst\u00e9matique, les ressources de <em>PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature<\/em> (CINAHL), <em>Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials<\/em> et <em>Web of Science<\/em> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es avec des crit\u00e8res de recherche cl\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9tudes incluses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es entre le 1er\u00a0janvier\u00a02007 et le 28\u00a0f\u00e9vrier\u00a02019, une r\u00e8gle provisoire ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2007 pour la r\u00e9vision du panier alimentaire WIC.<\/li>\n<li>Trente-neuf articles ont satisfait aux crit\u00e8res d&rsquo;inclusion et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 group\u00e9s dans sept th\u00e8mes principaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-77305","article_revue","type-article_revue","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"auteur":"","source":"Bas\u00e9 sur : Zhang, Q., Alsuliman, M.
