L\u2019article suivant pr\u00e9sente les principales activit\u00e9s en la mati\u00e8re dans ce pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9dias et site web : principaux canaux de communication et de promotion<\/h2>\n<p>Le site Internet et les m\u00e9dias sociaux sont les principaux vecteurs des campagnes publicitaires visant \u00e0 promouvoir la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes. Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux (Facebook, Twitter et Instagram), outils appropri\u00e9s dans le contexte de l&rsquo;urgence sanitaire mondiale li\u00e9e au coronavirus, ont vu leur utilisation s\u2019intensifier dans le monde entier.<br \/>\nAu Chili, l\u2019organisation responsable du \u00ab <em>5 a Day Chile Program<\/em> \u00bb op\u00e8re \u00e9galement via la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, la radio et sa newsletter.<br \/>\nEn plus des m\u00e9dias, diff\u00e9rentes actions de sensibilisation de la population aux bienfaits de la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes sont men\u00e9es dans les march\u00e9s, les supermarch\u00e9s et les march\u00e9s de gros (Lo Valledor).<\/p>\n<h2>Interventions dans les \u00e9coles en vue de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019offre de fruits<\/h2>\n<p>S\u2019agissant des principales activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es dans les \u00e9coles ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il convient de citer la campagne de distribution de fruits dans les \u00e9coles \u00ab <em>Programa Colaci\u00f3n Bak\u00e1n<\/em> \u00bb, assortie d\u2019informations nutritionnelles destin\u00e9es aux \u00e9coliers et servant de base \u00e0 deux autres programmes : \u00ab <em>Crecer Sano con Tottus<\/em> \u00bb et le \u00ab <em>Kiosko Verde<\/em> \u00bb de Lo Valledor. Ces interventions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre dans des \u00e9coles de quartiers d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s en milieux urbain et rural.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-76041 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Chili-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ces programmes qui s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre de la promotion d\u2019une alimentation saine aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une population scolaire cibl\u00e9e, visent \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>en am\u00e9liorant l&rsquo;offre de fruits au niveau des \u00e9coles,<\/li>\n<li>en d\u00e9veloppant les connaissances et bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;alimentation et de nutrition chez les enfants,<\/li>\n<li>en introduisant l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation nutritionnelle en classe dans le cadre du programme d&rsquo;enseignement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent une hausse de la quantit\u00e9 et de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de fruits consomm\u00e9s par les \u00e9coliers, une meilleure attitude de la communaut\u00e9 scolaire vis-\u00e0-vis d&rsquo;une alimentation saine, une plus grande motivation en termes d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique et une meilleure valorisation du programme.<\/p>\n<h2>Interventions dans les services de sant\u00e9, les lieux de travail et les \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement<\/h2>\n<p>Des outils de sensibilisation au programme \u00ab 5 a Day \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s et distribu\u00e9s \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle nationale dans les \u00e9tablissements de soins primaires. Le message \u00ab 5 a Day \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9vision des recommandations nutritionnelles de 2007, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 ratifi\u00e9e lors de la mise \u00e0 jour effectu\u00e9e en 2013 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/nutrition\/education\/food-dietary-guidelines\/regions\/countries\/Chile\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ministry of Health Dietary Guidelines for the population, 2013<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Les lieux de travail sont \u00e9galement cibl\u00e9s. L&rsquo;une des principales actions a eu lieu dans le cadre du programme \u00ab <em>Crecer Sano con Tottus<\/em> \u00bb : l\u2019organisation 5 a Day a mis \u00e0 disposition un service de consultation pour dispenser des conseils aux employ\u00e9s de 40 magasins de la cha\u00eene de supermarch\u00e9s \u00ab <em>Tottus<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, le message \u00ab 5 a Day \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiants des premiers et deuxi\u00e8mes cycles de diff\u00e9rentes universit\u00e9s via des outils de sensibilisation sur les fruits et l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<h2>Projets de recherche et de publications<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des projets de recherche de <em>5 a day Chile<\/em> consiste \u00e0 participer \u00e0 l&rsquo;introduction de produits de type snack pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de l\u00e9gumes et de fruits secs (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23094526\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sep\u00falveda, 2011<\/a>) et \u00e0 analyser la composition en antioxydants d\u2019un grand nombre de produits \u00e0 base de fruits et l\u00e9gumes au niveau national (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.portalantioxidantes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.portalantioxidantes.com\/<\/a>) (<a href=\"http:\/\/pubs.sciepub.com\/jfnr\/4\/12\/1\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fuentes, 2016<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Les efforts accomplis dans diff\u00e9rents domaines permettent de mieux faire conna\u00eetre les recommandations nutritionnelles, mais les changements au niveau de la consommation restent
