{"id":70078,"date":"2020-04-02T15:13:51","date_gmt":"2020-04-02T13:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/?post_type=article_revue&#038;p=70078"},"modified":"2020-04-02T15:13:51","modified_gmt":"2020-04-02T13:13:51","slug":"une-alimentation-pauvre-en-legumes-augmente-le-risque-de-diabete","status":"publish","type":"article_revue","link":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/article-revue-equation-nutrition\/une-alimentation-pauvre-en-legumes-augmente-le-risque-de-diabete\/","title":{"rendered":"UNE ALIMENTATION PAUVRE EN L\u00c9GUMES AUGMENTE LE RISQUE DE DIAB\u00c8TE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des chercheurs, issus \u00e0 la fois de l&rsquo;Institut Allemand de Nutrition Humaine Potsdam-Rehbruecke, de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole de Sant\u00e9 Publique de Harvard et de l&rsquo;H\u00f4pital G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Massachusetts, ont constat\u00e9 qu\u2019une alimentation riche en boissons sucr\u00e9es, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales raffin\u00e9es, boissons \u201clight\u201d et viandes transform\u00e9es, mais pauvre en vin, caf\u00e9, l\u00e9gumes crucif\u00e8res et l\u00e9gumes jaunes augmentait le risque de d\u00e9velopper un diab\u00e8te de type 2. Ces r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;\u00e9dition de septembre 2005 du journal American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.<\/p>\n<h2>Une relation avec les marqueurs inflammatoires<\/h2>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, les auteurs ont compar\u00e9 les habitudes alimentaires de 656 femmes diab\u00e9tiques de type 2 et de 694 participantes contr\u00f4le en bonne sant\u00e9, issues de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude \u201cNurses\u2019 Health\u201d de Harvard, chez lesquelles avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9s les niveaux sanguins de marqueurs inflammatoires (CRP \u2013 C r\u00e9active prot\u00e9ine). Ils ont constat\u00e9 que les sujets pr\u00e9sentant des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de marqueurs avaient une alimentation riche en boissons sucr\u00e9es, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales raffin\u00e9es, boissons \u201clight\u201d, viandes transform\u00e9es mais faible en vin, caf\u00e9, l\u00e9gumes crucif\u00e8res et l\u00e9gumes jaunes. Ces habitudes alimentaires multiplient par trois le risque de d\u00e9velopper un diab\u00e8te de type 2 comparativement \u00e0 celles qui ont les habitudes alimentaires inverses.<\/p>\n<h2>Un risque de diab\u00e8te augment\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 300 %<\/h2>\n<p>Pour confirmer ces donn\u00e9es, les auteurs ont ensuite s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 plus de 35 000 participantes de l\u2019\u00e9tude \u201cNurses\u2019 Health\u201d et 89 000 de l\u2019\u00e9tude \u201cNurses\u2019 Health II\u201d qui avaient compl\u00e9t\u00e9 les questionnaires biannuels. Au cours des quatorze ann\u00e9es de suivi de l\u2019\u00e9tude \u201cNurses\u2019 Health\u201d et des huit ann\u00e9es de l\u2019\u00e9tude \u201cNurses\u2019 Health II\u201d, 1517 et 724 nouveaux cas de diab\u00e8te de type 2 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respectivement diagnostiqu\u00e9s. Les constatations furent identiques : dans ces 2 populations, les femmes ayant l\u2019alimentation pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment d\u00e9crite pr\u00e9sentent un risque de diab\u00e8te de type 2 accru respectivement de plus de 250 et 290 %.<\/p>\n<h2>Le poids de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Un tel mode alimentaire pr\u00e9dit donc fortement le risque de diab\u00e8te de type 2, ind\u00e9pendamment de l\u2019IMC et d&rsquo;autres facteurs de risque classiques de diab\u00e8te. Il ressort que cette association peut \u00eatre m\u00e9di\u00e9e, en partie, par des processus inflammatoires. En effet, les boissons sucr\u00e9es, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales raffin\u00e9es, le vin, le caf\u00e9 et les l\u00e9gumes semblent li\u00e9s \u00e0 des marqueurs inflammatoires ind\u00e9pendants de l\u2019IMC. En revanche, les boissons \u201clight\u201d ne le sont pas.<\/p>\n<p>Reste \u00e0 savoir si les femmes avaient consomm\u00e9 des boissons light en raison de leur IMC \u00e9lev\u00e9 ou si, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, c\u2019\u00e9tait la consommation de boisson \u201clight\u201d qui conduisait au gain de poids\u2026 En cons\u00e9quence, il est difficile de savoir si l&rsquo;association entre les boissons \u201clight\u201d et les marqueurs de l&rsquo;inflammation peut \u00eatre confondue par le facteur ob\u00e9sit\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Dans le collimateur : sucres, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales raffin\u00e9es et viandes transform\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p>En outre, l\u2019association entre ces groupes d\u2019aliments, le risque de diab\u00e8te et les marqueurs inflammatoires a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e par d\u2019autres \u00e9tudes.
