{"id":69882,"date":"2020-03-26T08:56:12","date_gmt":"2020-03-26T07:56:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/?post_type=article_revue&#038;p=69882"},"modified":"2020-03-26T08:56:12","modified_gmt":"2020-03-26T07:56:12","slug":"conclusions-du-colloque-scientifique-egea-2007","status":"publish","type":"article_revue","link":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/article-revue-equation-nutrition\/conclusions-du-colloque-scientifique-egea-2007\/","title":{"rendered":"CONCLUSIONS DU COLLOQUE SCIENTIFIQUE EGEA 2007"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Actions europ\u00e9ennes pour augmenter la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes Afin de r\u00e9pondre au d\u00e9fi de l&rsquo;augmentation des maladies chroniques, telles que les cancers, les maladies cardiovasculaires, et l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, pour la sant\u00e9, pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie et pour le d\u00e9veloppement, EGEA 2007 a adopt\u00e9 les conclusions suivantes, issues des contributions \u00e0 la fois des experts scientifiques pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9rence EGEA, et des institutions europ\u00e9ennes,<br \/>\n\u2022 la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u201cSant\u00e9 et Protection des Consommateurs\u201d ;<br \/>\n\u2022 la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Agriculture et du D\u00e9veloppement Rural ;<br \/>\n\u2022 la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Recherche ; et de l&rsquo;Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (<span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_79593 classtoolTips79593'>OMS<\/span>), Bureau R\u00e9gional de l&rsquo;Europe.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;augmentation de la consommation de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes joue un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant dans la pr\u00e9vention des maladies chroniques. Actuellement, seule une minorit\u00e9 de la population europ\u00e9enne consomme au quotidien les 400 g minimum de fruits et l\u00e9gumes recommand\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLa Charte Europ\u00e9enne de l\u2019OMS pour la lutte contre l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e9tablit des objectifs de r\u00e9sorption de l&rsquo;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie par une inversion de la tendance chez les enfants et les adolescents, d&rsquo;ici 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement allemand s\u2019est engag\u00e9, \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de sa pr\u00e9sidence europ\u00e9enne, \u00e0 faire progresser la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes d\u2019ici 2010, en augmentant :<br \/>\n\u2022 de 20 % le nombre de citoyens europ\u00e9ens consommant au moins 5 portions de fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour, \u2022 de 30 % le nombre de restaurants collectifs publics, tels que cantines scolaires, caf\u00e9t\u00e9rias et maisons de retraite, proposant des repas \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s riches en fruits et l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p>La Conf\u00e9rence EGEA 2007 sur \u201cle r\u00f4le des fruits et l\u00e9gumes dans la lutte contre l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9\u201d a identifi\u00e9 de nombreuses solutions innovantes pour accro\u00eetre de mani\u00e8re significative la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi l\u2019ensemble de ces solutions, la priorit\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre donn\u00e9e \u00e0 trois principaux domaines d\u2019intervention :<br \/>\n\u2022 Favoriser l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 et la disponibilit\u00e9 des fruits et l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Am\u00e9liorer l\u2019information sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices des fruits et l\u00e9gumes sur la sant\u00e9 et augmenter la publicit\u00e9 pour les fruits et l\u00e9gumes ;<br \/>\n\u2022 R\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales en mati\u00e8re de consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-69882","article_revue","type-article_revue","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"auteur":"","source":"","revue":[{"ID":69880,"post_author":"22","post_date":"2020-03-26 08:53:20","post_date_gmt":"2020-03-26 07:53:20","post_content":"","post_title":"67 -
