Les facteurs masculins contribuent \u00e0 presque 50% des cas d\u2019infertilit\u00e9 <sup>1<\/sup>. Au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, beaucoup de discussions ont port\u00e9 sur des modifications de la qualit\u00e9 du sperme <sup>2\u20134<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>De pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 qu\u2019une forte consommation d\u2019antioxydants, de fruits, de l\u00e9gumes, de volailles, de fruits de mer, de lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9, de crustac\u00e9s, de laitues, de tomates, d\u2019abricots et de p\u00eaches, ainsi qu\u2019une faible consommation de sucreries et de viandes transform\u00e9es, notamment \u00e0 forte teneur en mati\u00e8res grasses satur\u00e9es, seraient b\u00e9n\u00e9fi ques en termes de qualit\u00e9 du sperme <sup>5\u201312<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons donc \u00e9valu\u00e9 l\u2019association entre les habitudes alimentaires et le risque d\u2019asth\u00e9nospermie dans une \u00e9tude cas-contr\u00f4le chez des hommes iraniens, afi n de mieux comprendre le r\u00f4le du r\u00e9gime alimentaire dans l\u2019\u00e9tiologie de l\u2019asth\u00e9nospermie*.<\/p>\n<h2>Deux types de r\u00e9gime alimentaire ont \u00e9merg\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Au total, 107 hommes souffrant d\u2019asth\u00e9nospermie et 235 cas t\u00e9moins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s dans des cliniques d\u2019infertilit\u00e9 iraniennes \u00e0 T\u00e9h\u00e9ran, de janvier 2012 \u00e0 novembre 2013. Les donn\u00e9es alimentaires habituelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillies gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un questionnaire semi-quantitatif de fr\u00e9quence alimentaire. Les donn\u00e9es de qualit\u00e9 du sperme ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es selon la cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9dition des recommandations de l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (<span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_79593 classtoolTips79593'>OMS<\/span>). Des r\u00e9gimes alimentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s en utilisant une analyse factorielle. Le premier tertile a servi de cat\u00e9gorie de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour des analyses de r\u00e9gression.<\/p>\n<h2>Risque r\u00e9duit d\u2019asth\u00e9nospermie chez les participants ayant une alimentation de type prudent<\/h2>\n<p>Nos r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que dans le groupe \u00abprudent\u00bb les participants du tertile le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 avaient un risque d\u2019asth\u00e9nospermie 54% moindre que les participants du tertile le plus faible (p = 0,003); apr\u00e8s ajustement sur les facteurs confondants. Par contre, on retrouvait une association positive entre une alimentation \u00ab occidentale\u00bb et le risque d\u2019asth\u00e9nospermie (tertile le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 : Odds Ratio [OR] = 2,86; Intervalle de confiance \u00e0 95% [IC 95%], 1,83\u20132,97).<\/p>\n<p>Ces donn\u00e9es sugg\u00e8rent donc qu\u2019une alimentation compos\u00e9e principalement d\u2019aliments v\u00e9g\u00e9taux est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un risque r\u00e9duit d\u2019asth\u00e9nospermie tandis qu\u2019une alimentation de type occidental est un indicateur de risque accru.<\/p>\n<p>Notre \u00e9tude indique \u00e9galement que les actions visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019alimentation devraient se focaliser sur l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9gime alimentaire et pas seulement sur quelques aliments ou nutriments sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Puisque les donn\u00e9es \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques \u00e0 ce sujet sont assez restreintes, de nouvelles \u00e9tudes cas-contr\u00f4les et prospectives de cohorte bien con\u00e7ues sont n\u00e9cessaires pour confirmer la relation entre les habitudes alimentaires et le risque d\u2019asth\u00e9nospermie dans les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et en voie de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"882\" height=\"810\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-67485\" src=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/revue-equation-nutrition-156-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>*L\u2019asth\u00e9nospermie est une diminution de la motilit\u00e9 et de la vitalit\u00e9 des spermatozo\u00efdes ; elle est une des causes majeures d\u2019infertilit\u00e9 ou de fertilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite chez l\u2019homme.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-67482","article_revue","type-article_revue","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"auteur":[{"ID":67483,"post_author":"22","post_date":"2019-07-05 11:30:43","post_date_gmt":"2019-07-05 09:30:43","post_content":"","post_title":"Ghazaleh Eslamian","post_excerpt":"","post_status":"publish","comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","post_password":"","post_name":"ghazaleh-eslamian","to_ping":"","pinged":"","post_modified":"2019-07-05 11:30:43","post_modified_gmt":"2019-07-05 09:30:43","post_content_filtered":"","post_parent":0,"guid":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/?post_type=auteur_revue&#038;p=67483","menu_order":0,"post_type":"auteur_revue","post_mime_type":"","comment_count":"0","filter":"raw"},{"ID":66579,"post_author":"22","post_date":"2019-06-27 10:22:42","post_date_gmt":"2019-06-27 08:22:42","post_content":"","post_title":"collaborateurs","post_excerpt":"","post_status":"publish","comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","post_password":"","post_name":"collaborateurs","to_ping":"","pinged":"","post_modified":"2019-06-27 10:23:26","post_modified_gmt":"2019-06-27 08:23:26","post_content_filtered":"","post_parent":0,"guid":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/?post_type=auteur_revue&#038;p=66579","menu_order":0,"post_type":"auteur_revue","post_mime_type":"","comment_count":"0","filter":"raw"}],"source":"Eslamian G, Amirjannati N, Rashidkhani B, Sadeghi MR, Baghestani AR, Hekmatdoost A.
