{"id":66736,"date":"2019-06-28T10:34:40","date_gmt":"2019-06-28T08:34:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/?post_type=article_revue&#038;p=66736"},"modified":"2022-01-27T14:59:36","modified_gmt":"2022-01-27T13:59:36","slug":"italiens-leaders-consommation-fruits-legumes","status":"publish","type":"article_revue","link":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/fr\/article-revue-equation-nutrition\/italiens-leaders-consommation-fruits-legumes\/","title":{"rendered":"En Bref&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Impact des habitudes de vie sur le risque de cancers &#8211; publication du rapport <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_80442 classtoolTips80442'>WCRF<\/span> \u2013 mai 2018<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Le Fonds mondial de recherche contre le cancer (<span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_80442 classtoolTips80442'>WCRF<\/span>) vient de publier son 3e rapport sur \u00ab alimentation, activit\u00e9 physique et cancer \u00bb qui confirme l\u2019impact des habitudes de vie sur le risque de survenue de plusieurs types de cancers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 est dor\u00e9navant un facteur de risque associ\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 10 types de cancers diff\u00e9rents. 30 \u00e0 50 % des cancers pourraient \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie, en \u00e9vitant le tabac et l\u2019alcool et en adoptant une alimentation saine, riche en fruits et l\u00e9gumes, une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et en maintenant un poids corporel normal. Le rapport souligne \u00e9galement l\u2019importance de limiter la consommation d\u2019aliments transform\u00e9s, riches en sucre, en sel et en gras.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Fruits et l\u00e9gumes en Europe : une consommation qui varie selon les pays et le statut socio\u00e9conomique<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Une \u00e9tude europ\u00e9enne a montr\u00e9 que la consommation alimentaire chez les adultes varie significativement entre les diff\u00e9rents pays (France, Danemark, Italie et R\u00e9publique Tch\u00e8que) et selon les facteurs socio\u00e9conomiques (sexe, \u00e2ge, niveau d\u2019\u00e9ducation) au sein du m\u00eame pays.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Ce sont les italiens qui consomment le plus de fruits et l\u00e9gumes !<\/h3>\n<p>Avec une quantit\u00e9 de 438 g\/jour, les italiens sont les leaders de la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes ! Cette consommation est sup\u00e9rieure aux recommandations internationales (&gt; 400 g\/j). Quant aux 3 autres pays, la consommation reste en dessous des recommandations (France : 327g\/j ; Danemark :<br \/>\n321 g\/j ; R\u00e9publique Tch\u00e8que : 213 g\/j ) (Figure 1). Dans les 4 pays europ\u00e9ens, la consommation de fruits est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et pour celles ayant un niveau d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e9lev\u00e9. De plus, les femmes consomment plus de fruits et l\u00e9gumes que les hommes. Ces r\u00e9sultats montrent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes en Europe en suivant l\u2019exemple de l\u2019Italie.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"926\" height=\"628\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66737\" src=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/revue-equation-nutrition-186-6-fig1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A noter que dans les 4 pays, les participants ont une faible consommation de l\u00e9gumineuses (&lt;20 g\/jour) et de noix et graines (&lt;5 g\/jour).<\/p>\n<h3>Un faible apport en fibres alimentaires dans les pays \u00e9tudi\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Concernant les nutriments, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un faible apport en fibres alimentaires (15.8-19.4 g\/jour*) dans les 4 pays ;<\/li>\n<li>un d\u00e9ficit en potassium (2288-2938 mg\/jour*) et en magn\u00e9sium (268-286 mg\/jour*) dans les 4 pays, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du Danemark.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Les fran\u00e7ais consomment en moyenne 1980 kcal\/jour<\/h3>\n<p>Les fran\u00e7ais ont un apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus faible avec une valeur de 1980 kcal\/jour, comparativement aux autres pays de l\u2019\u00e9tude (Italie : 2119 kcal\/j ; Danemark : 2264 kcal\/j et R\u00e9publique Tch\u00e8que : 2523 kcal\/j.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"780\" height=\"320\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66739\" src=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/revue-equation-nutrition-186-6-fig2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-66736","article_revue","type-article_revue","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"auteur":"","source":"World Cancer Research Fund\/American Institute for Cancer Research.
