On le retrouve principalement dans les ol\u00e9agineux, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, les fruits et l\u00e9gumes ou encore dans les crustac\u00e9s. De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les aliments d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale sont plus concentr\u00e9s en mangan\u00e8se que ceux d\u2019origine animale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-roles-multiples-dans-l-organisme\">Des r\u00f4les multiples dans l&rsquo;organisme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mangan\u00e8se est essentiel pour la sant\u00e9, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa contribution dans le maintien d\u2019un m\u00e9tabolisme <strong>\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique normal,<\/strong> dans la <strong>sant\u00e9 osseuse<\/strong> ou encore dans la formation normale de <strong>tissu conjonctif<\/strong>. Il joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le dans la lutte contre certains <strong>radicaux libres<\/strong> et permet ainsi de <strong>lutter contre le<\/strong> <strong>stress oxydatif<\/strong> qui agresse des cellules du corps.
