Cependant, un d\u00e9ficit peut induire des troubles de l\u2019absorption des lipides. De plus, un d\u00e9ficit en vitamine K1 peut entra\u00eener des troubles de la coagulation. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/les-r%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-nutritionnelles-en-vitamines-et-min%C3%A9raux#K\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anses, 2021<\/a>). Une alimentation vari\u00e9e et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e permet cependant de couvrir les besoins en vitamine K.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention, lorsque vous prenez des m\u00e9dicaments anti-coagulants, veillez \u00e0 ne pas consommer d\u2019aliments riches en vitamine K.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-besoins-qui-evoluent-tout-au-long-de-la-vie\">Des besoins qui \u00e9voluent tout au long de la vie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s la derni\u00e8re actualisation de l\u2019Anses, les recommandations pour la vitamine K1 se basent sur les<strong> apports satisfaisants<\/strong>&nbsp;en raison d\u2019un <strong>manque de donn\u00e9es scientifiques<\/strong> pour \u00e9tablir des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences nutritionnelles pour la population (<a>voir dossier<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les apports suffisants fix\u00e9s pour la vitamine K1 sont de l\u2019ordre de <strong>79 <\/strong>\u00b5g par jour pour un adulte.
