Elle joue ainsi un<strong> r\u00f4le essentiel<\/strong> dans la <strong>protection de la membrane des cellules de l\u2019organisme<\/strong> contre le <strong>stress oxydatif<\/strong> et le <strong>vieillissement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/les-r%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-nutritionnelles-en-vitamines-et-min%C3%A9raux#E\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/les-r%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-nutritionnelles-en-vitamines-et-min%C3%A9raux#E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anses, 2021<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamine E agit en <strong>synergie <\/strong>avec d\u2019autres compos\u00e9s comme la <strong>vitamine C<\/strong>, le<strong> b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne<\/strong> ou encore la <strong>vitamine B3 <\/strong>et le s<strong>\u00e9l\u00e9nium <\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/les-r%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-nutritionnelles-en-vitamines-et-min%C3%A9raux#E\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/les-r%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-nutritionnelles-en-vitamines-et-min%C3%A9raux#E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anses, 2021<\/a>). De plus, la vitamine E est <strong><span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_custom_a87842b4f5da21415dabed1897fb16ee classtoolTipsCustomShortCodeOnlyForMultiTooltips'>liposoluble<\/span><script type=\"text\/javascript\">jQuery(\"document\").ready(function(){ toolTips('.tooltip_post_id_custom_a87842b4f5da21415dabed1897fb16ee',\"Soluble dans les graisses, lipides\",'0'); });<\/script><\/strong>, elle doit donc \u00eatre en <strong>pr\u00e9sence de lipides pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019absorption intestinale<\/strong> et \u00eatre <strong>m\u00e9tabolis\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sources en vitamine E peuvent \u00eatre aussi bien d\u2019<strong>origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et\/ou animale<\/strong>, mais les aliments d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale constituent la <strong>majeure partie des apports<\/strong> en vitamine E. Les <strong>principales sources <\/strong>sont les <strong>huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (seigle, avoine), l\u2019huile de foie de morue<\/strong> ainsi que <strong>certains fruits \u00e0 coques<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/les-r%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-nutritionnelles-en-vitamines-et-min%C3%A9raux\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/les-r%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-nutritionnelles-en-vitamines-et-min%C3%A9raux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anses, 2021<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> ne sont pas les principaux contributeurs mais repr\u00e9sentent un <strong>apport compl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong> de vitamine E.
