Les valeurs <strong>varient <\/strong>en fonction du <strong>sexe<\/strong>, de l\u2019<strong>\u00e2ge<\/strong> mais \u00e9galement de l\u2019<strong>activit\u00e9 physique<\/strong> et de l\u2019<strong>\u00e9tat physiologique<\/strong> (voir tableau 1 ci-dessous). Les <strong>femmes allaitantes<\/strong> sont la <strong>population ayant les besoins les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/les-r%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-nutritionnelles-en-vitamines-et-min%C3%A9raux\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/les-r%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-nutritionnelles-en-vitamines-et-min%C3%A9raux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anses, 2021<\/a>). Les <strong>besoins en vitamine C<\/strong> sont \u00e9galement <strong>accrus <\/strong>dans <strong>certaines situations physiologiques<\/strong> \u2013 grossesse, allaitement, croissance \u2013, mais \u00e9galement <strong>pathologiques <\/strong>&#8211;
