Les cancers peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9venus dans de nombreux cas \u2013 sauf s\u2019ils sont en lien avec des mutations g\u00e9n\u00e9\u00adtiques h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaires \u2013 en agissant sur un ensemble de facteurs li\u00e9s au mode de vie et \u00e0 l\u2019environnement. Ne pas fumer, avoir une alimentation saine et vari\u00e9e, pratiquer une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et maintenir un poids sain sont autant d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments qui pourraient r\u00e9duire le fardeau mondial du cancer (<a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wcrf.org\/dietandcancer\" target=\"_blank\"><span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_80442 classtoolTips80442'>WCRF<\/span>, 2018<\/a>). Des habitudes alimen\u00adtaires saines \u2013 ax\u00e9es sur une consommation \u00e9lev\u00e9e de fruits, de l\u00e9gumes et de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et une faible consom\u00admation de viandes rouges, de \u00abfast-food\u00bb et d\u2019autres ali\u00adments transform\u00e9s riches en mati\u00e8res grasses, amidon ou sucre, et de boissons sucr\u00e9es \u2013 sont associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction du risque de cancer colorectal et du sein (<a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/28969358\/\" target=\"_blank\">GROSSO <em>et al<\/em> 2017<\/a>). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-consommation-de-fruits-et-legumes-au-coeur-des-recommandations-pour-la-prevention-du-cancer\">La consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes au c\u0153ur des recommandations pour la pr\u00e9vention du cancer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> est au <strong>c\u0153ur<\/strong> des <strong>recomman\u00addations <\/strong>pour la <strong>pr\u00e9vention du cancer<\/strong>. Il existe des don\u00adn\u00e9es convaincantes d\u2019une <strong>corr\u00e9lation<\/strong> entre le<strong> risque de cancers a\u00e9rodigestifs<\/strong> et le <strong>niveau de consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>, et des donn\u00e9es qui sugg\u00e8rent un <strong>effet protecteur<\/strong> des fruits et l\u00e9gumes pour d\u2019autres cancers (\u0153sophage, poumon, vessie\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2179\" height=\"1287\" src=\"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/FICHES-MEDECIN_4_fig1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73556\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figure 1 : Recommandations pour la pr\u00e9vention des cancers (d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s le Fond mondial de recherche sur le cancer, 2018)<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, la consommation de fruits et l\u00e9gumes est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une <strong>adiposit\u00e9 plus faible<\/strong>, facteur impliqu\u00e9 dans le processus de d\u00e9veloppement de plusieurs types de cancers ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une <strong>diminution du risque de survenue d\u2019autres maladies chroniques<\/strong> telles que les maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les \u00e9tudes, 7 \u00e0 8 % des cancers pourraient \u00eatre <strong>\u00e9vit\u00e9s<\/strong> si tout le monde consommait entre <strong>500 g et plus de 800 g de fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour<\/strong>.
