N\u00e9anmoins <strong>les pr\u00e9conisations varient d\u2019un pays \u00e0 l\u2019autre et sont sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de l\u2019OMS<\/strong> <strong>dans certains cas,<\/strong> comme le Danemark qui recommande une consommation de 600 g de fruits &amp; l\u00e9gumes par jour et la Su\u00e8de et la Finlande qui en recommandent 500 g (<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/jrc\/en\/health-knowledge-gateway\/promotion-prevention\/nutrition\/fruit-vegetables#_who2016a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">European Commission, 2018<\/a>).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Au niveau fran\u00e7ais<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En France, un certain nombre de mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019alimentation des Fran\u00e7ais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Ces mesures sont reprises par le Programme National Nutrition et Sant\u00e9 (PNNS) qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2001. Son objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble de la population en agissant sur l\u2019un de ses d\u00e9terminants majeurs : la nutrition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le programme est r\u00e9actualis\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, sa derni\u00e8re version (<a href=\"https:\/\/solidarites-sante.gouv.fr\/IMG\/pdf\/pnns4_2019-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PNNS 4<\/a>), datant de 2019.
