Agency for research & information on fruit & vegetables<\/h2>\n

Aprifel (<\/b>Agence pour la recherche et l\u2019information en fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/i><\/b>) is an association<\/b> created in 1981 whose core mission is to <\/span>analyse and communicate knowledge on the links between fruit and vegetables and health, food safety and sustainability. Since 2022, Aprifel has been recognised as being in the general interest.<\/b><\/p>\n

It takes action to mobilise all concerned stakeholders to help <\/span>translate<\/b> science into action<\/b>. Our objective? To raise awareness of the benefits of a healthy and sustainable diet<\/strong> rich in fruit and vegetables.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aprifel\u2019s <\/span>governance system<\/b> brings together civil society, professionals in the association's fields of activity and scientists. The association can therefore provide <\/span>factual and consensual information<\/b>. Its governance system consists of a Scientific Council, a Consumer Council and a Board of Directors, giving Aprifel the legitimacy to intervene on subjects that correlate closely with sustainable development, and in particular issues relating to health and environmental protection: climate, water, air, use of fossil resources, carbon footprint, biodiversity, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

To this end, the association uses the most up-to-date information available and involves the national and international scientific community.<\/span><\/p>\n
