{"id":65978,"date":"2019-02-18T17:53:43","date_gmt":"2019-02-18T16:53:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/article-dossier\/consommation-des-fruits-et-legumes-a-lechelle-mondiale-europeenne-et-francaise\/"},"modified":"2019-06-04T10:49:06","modified_gmt":"2019-06-04T08:49:06","slug":"consumption-of-fruit-and-vegetables-worldwide-in-europe-and-in-france","status":"publish","type":"article_dossier","link":"https:\/\/aprifel-pp.mentalworks.biz\/en\/article-folder\/consumption-of-fruit-and-vegetables-worldwide-in-europe-and-in-france\/","title":{"rendered":"Consumption of fruit and vegetables worldwide, in Europe and in France"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>ETAT DES LIEUX DANS LE MONDE<\/h2>\n<p>Selon l\u2019OMS, le niveau de consommation quotidienne des F&amp;L varie consid\u00e9rablement dans le monde, allant de moins de 100 g dans les pays les moins d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s \u00e0 plus de 450 g en Europe occidentale (www.who.int\/fr\/).<\/p>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 de 2006, l\u2019Organisation des Nations Unies pour l\u2019agriculture et l\u2019alimentation (<span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_79592 classtoolTips79592'>FAO<\/span>) indique que la consommation moyenne de F&amp;L dans le monde \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 tout juste 20-50 % des seuils minimums recommand\u00e9s. Cette faible consommation serait le r\u00e9sultat de plusieurs facteurs dont les mauvaises pratiques agricoles, la pauvret\u00e9 et la mont\u00e9e en fl\u00e8che des aliments pr\u00eat-\u00e0-servir (<span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_79592 classtoolTips79592'>FAO<\/span>, 2006).<\/p>\n<p>En 2010, la consommation moyenne de fruits dans le monde, et chez les adultes, est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 81.3 g\/jour, avec la Jama\u00efque et la Malaisie en t\u00eate, tandis que l\u2019Ethiopie, le N\u00e9pal, l\u2019Inde, le Vanuatu et le Pakistan sont les plus faibles consommateurs. En revanche, la consommation moyenne de l\u00e9gumes dans le monde est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 208.8 g\/jour, soit plus de deux fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celles des fruits. Le Zimbabwe et la Gr\u00e8ce apparaissent dans les plus grands consommateurs de l\u00e9gumes, alors que le Vanuatu, les Philippines, la Hongrie, la Suisse, l\u2019Arm\u00e9nie et la G\u00e9orgie figurent en bas du classement (Micha et al, 2015).<\/p>\n<h2>ETAT DES LIEUX EN EUROPE<\/h2>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne (<span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_80438 classtoolTips80438'>EPIC<\/span> &#8211; European Prospective Investigation into Cancer), r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans 27 centres r\u00e9partis dans 10 pays, met en \u00e9vidence que la consommation de F&amp;L est insuffisante dans de nombreux pays. Cette constatation suit un gradient nord-sud, \u00e0 savoir que la consommation de ces aliments est relativement faible dans les pays scandinaves et aux Pays-Bas et plut\u00f4t forte dans les pays m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens (Agudo, 2002). On observe cependant une \u00e9volution positive quant \u00e0 la consommation des F&amp;L dans les pays scandinaves (INRA, 2007).<\/p>\n<p>En 2013, la consommation moyenne de F&amp;L est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 341,8 g\/pers\/jour dans l\u2019UE-28, soit 188,6 g\/personne\/jour pour les fruits et 153,2 g\/pers\/jour pour les l\u00e9gumes. Sur les 28 pays membres, 22 pays \u00e9taient en dessous des recommandations de l\u2019OMS (Freshfel, 2013).<\/p>\n<h2>ETAT DES LIEUX EN FRANCE<\/h2>\n<p>En France, une \u00e9tude Individuelle Nationale sur les Consommations Alimentaires (INCA) a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place depuis 1999. Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9tude INCA 2 (campagne de 2006-2007) a mis en \u00e9vidence que la consommation moyenne de F&amp;L des fran\u00e7ais s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 280 g par jour, soit 140 g de fruits et 140 g de l\u00e9gumes (INCA 2, 2009).<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019\u00e9tude fran\u00e7aise ENNS 2006 (Etude Nationale Nutrition Sant\u00e9), 65 % des adultes, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 74 ans, ont une consommation quotidienne en fruits et l\u00e9gumes en ad\u00e9quation avec l\u2019indicateur d\u2019objectif du PNNS (\u2265 3,5 portions de fruits ou l\u00e9gumes, soit 280 g par jour). Parmi eux, 42,8 % consomment plus de 5 portions de fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour, soit 400 g (ENNS, 2006-2007).<\/p>\n<p>EN 2011, l\u2019\u00e9tude Nutrinet, \u00e9tude lanc\u00e9e en 2009 avec pour objectif de mieux comprendre les comportements alimentaires et les relations nutrition-sant\u00e9 des Fran\u00e7ais, a montr\u00e9 que parmi les 206 000 Nutrinautes (volontaires inscrits \u00e0 cette \u00e9tude), seuls 46 % suivaient la recommandation nationale des 5 F&amp;L par jour (Etude Nutrinet Sant\u00e9, 2011).<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une autre \u00e9tude fran\u00e7aise, Etude ESTEBAN (ENNS 2014-2015), devraient \u00eatre publi\u00e9s prochainement.<\/p>\n<p>Les habitudes et les tendances de consommation alimentaire sont des sujets r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement trait\u00e9s dans la revue Equation Nutrition (Etudes INCA 2, <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_80438 classtoolTips80438'>EPIC<\/span>, ENNS\u2026).
